I have a 2001 pewter Trans Am and I found some black ZR1 wheels for a good price. But i cant really picture them on the car. Has anyone done this combo on a pewter trans am or even Camaro? If not can anyone photoshop them on a car or maybe I can send a pic of my car and you can photoshop them on my car? Thanks in advance!!

 

not a C6 ZR1 wheels either but close enough... lol.

I'm guessing the 2009- newer ZR1... there is a guy on here that has a black Camaro with black ZR1s check out the wheels and tires section and search it

 

I know its not pewter, but here are the black ZR1 wheels on my red convert. And yes I know the tires need cleaned.

 

Does that front tire have a huge sidewall, or is it just the photo?

 

yeah I am not happy with the sidewall height on the front tire. When I got the package from OE this is the size tire they recommended, which I am not very happy with. Eventually I will end up changing it probably, however I am not too worried about it at the moment.

 

Gotcha, well the wheels themselves do look really nice. IMO way better than the old-syle ZR1's, I think they have run their course.

 

What size are your rims?? on the red camaro?

 

Red camaro? Its a Trans Am and the wheels are 17x8.5 on the front, and 18x9.5 on the back. I do wish I would have went with 18x8.5 on the front however.

 

Lol sorry it was a rough day that day... Yeah im thinking of the same wheels with a gunmetal finsih.. I'm thinking 18" in front 19" rear.

 

I would get these but 18x9.5 are too narrow for me. Need atleast a 10" wide rim.
