Default Let's see your 17's and 15's

Looking for pics and info on 17 inch skinnies on the and a 15 inch wheel on the rear.

Please post some pics of your setup and tell us the specs on the wheel and tire combo and any mods that were done to the car to make it work.

Also wondering if anyone is logging any street miles on there setup and how they like it.

Pic in signature. Race Star Dark Stars, 17x9.5 up front and 15x10 out the back with Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials (275/50/15). I love the way they look and love the way they hook. Driving on the street is better with these wheels/tires than it was with my 19/20" CCW setup.

I'm not running "skinnies" up front, but they are 17 inch fronts and 15 inch rears. I went with the wider front wheel because my car is a street car. I am going to buy some 17 inch skinnies over the winter to use on track days or when doing some street racing.

Lol did you completely disregard the fact that I said skinny 17's? He's running what most would call wide 17's

I appreciate the post he made and the picture that came with it but was simply looking to see if anyone else had any relevant pics or info. I'm sure with the thousands of cars on this forum there might just be a few more people with setups similar to what I'm looking for.

Yeah, stock rear. Viking coil-overs will be going on over the winter.

OP, another option would be to go with a 17x7 and run a 225 wide tire. That would be good for street driving and for the track. In hindsight, I wish that is what I would have done. I was 99% sure that was the size I was going to go with up front, but at the last minute, changed my mind and went witht the 17x9.5's.
