Thumbs up Drag guys..show me your bigs & littles!

I've been on here for a while and I'm finally thinking of giving in to the "drag style" I already poke around in my Z like it has 3.5's on the front so I may as well have em and save the weight. So....show me your skinnies and fatties setups!! I'm probably gonna go with bogarts but I want to see them all!! I'm prepared to grind calipers for the right "look" if I have to....thanks guys..

You probably have seen the Bogart gallery, if not, here's the link.

we have added a few new pictures. We have additional larger pictures and various angled shots not shown on our site, you can email us if you would like to see something in particular.

in my sig

I just grinded the fronts this weekend to get rid of the spacers. It looks insanely better, but no pics yet.

They are Weld Prostars.

Steve, awesome thanks, I hadn't seen all the new ones that have been added recently!
Does Bogart do an F body fitment in the Classic Star?

Derek, sweet, I've always liked the looks of your car, whether it was the 200S's or the Prostars...that's a 275/50/15 on a 15x10 in the rear right? is it a Nitto or BFG??

Thanks guys, keep 'em coming !!

QUOTE]

We do not suggest using the 2 piece classic star, fly lite, fly solid's etc as the design is not well suited for the F-bodies. Staying in the billet series is the best option for our cars.

Hope this helps,

Outlaw....simply awesome! I have Magnum Drags on my other car and love them, but I assume your rear is narrowed and you have wilwood or other specialty brakes up front?
Do you know if they'll fit a stock reared/calipered application? and if so, what offsets?
I spent the coin to get them once, I mayhave to do it again...that looks great!

Steve, thanks for the info. I have also considered the gold center R/T's simply because they look like Magnum drags, but not sure how it would look against my red car? So biillet series is best huh? Okay, I''ll check those styles again....

Derek, is that 7.5 rear backspacing? and didn't you have Convo Pros on there once also? Do the centerlines take grinding? And finally did you have your Prostars on there initially with spacers only, no grinding? Thanks !!

Oh yeah, PSJ, sweet man, looks good, nothing like seeing a car with license plates yank the tires !! 15x10 draglites in the rear is it? 7.5 backspacing?

Skimms, yes the rear end is narrowed...i am running Wilwood breaks front and rear, i have no idea if they would clear the factory breaks, but from all the problems i read about with wheels clearing the factory breaks, i would guess they would not clear without some work. They make a 15X10 with 7 inch BS that i think would work on the factory rear end but im not 100% sure on that.

Good luck with the car!!!

I have 15x10 Pro Stars in back now.

Yes 7.5 bs. I did have the Convos before. They bolted right up. No spacers or grinding. But they stuck out just a tad too far for me. That's why I sold them to a friend with a Firebird. They looked better on his car.
The Prostars required grinding on the back and spacers. I grinded far enough to not need spacers, but I thought they tucked too far in so I put them back on. Fronts with spacers = no grinding.

Derek is that the 15x8.5 cenetrline in the rear? I had seen someone's sweet white/blue TA on here that had the 15x7.5's on the rear with a 275/50/15 BFG and it looked pretty sweet but I wish I could have seen it from behind. I've been thinking I may get a 16x8 convertible ZR1 style wheel, paint it to match and put a skinny 16" tire on the front...Heh ! that would look wild, like big and little ZR1's...Hmmmmmm

The caliper grinding, is there any shops around that do that stuff, I could do it myself with an air grinder, but it's gonna look hack, I'd rather send them to someone that has a cnc setup to take off just what's needed. Also, does it weaken up the pieces too much, or are they still o.k. after? I wanna go to either prostar's or draglites, they both look really good on out cars, WILWAXU, your car look's killer with the draglite's on, my car's the same paint, now I know what it's gonna look like, thanks.
