Default Torq Thrust D on 1998 trans am

Hi guys, was wondering if anyone has put torq thrust d on their 93-02 trans am would like to see pics also thanks.

Nice T/A but, those look like tt2 I'm looking to purchase ttd and also I need them in 16x8 these are ttd I want.

I don't think AR makes the Torque Thrust D in the correct backspace for the 4th gen. For a 8 inch wide rim you're going to need 5.5 inches of BS.

Damn!, was hoping I could run some of these but after doing some search... They don't make the backspacing correct for our 4th Gen, but thanks guys for the info I might go with tsw Valencia wheels cuz tt2 are too common now.

Oh yeah do u guys kno if I can run 5.75 or 5.25 of backspacing on my 1998 trans am... I'm still a nubbie on some things lol

I read a thread I can't find now but what the guy said was a good rule of thumb with the 4th gen is regardless of the width you need 2.5 inches of Front Space to put the edge of the tire just inside of the wheel well lip. You can fudge it in or out from there.

Ok and thanks for the info I think I'm gonna go with tsw Valencia wheels 17x8 and 32 offset and 5.75 backspacing. Thanks again for the help guys.

Ah yes, ^^ those are nice on your car sweet formula but I think I'm just gonna go with the tsw wheels.

They look similar to CCW drag packs. Which is the same as a CCW Classic.

What is the widest you can get the TSWs?

Unfortunately... U can only go 17x8 and 18x9 but I was gonna get the 17x8 and have them widen.
