Grind the bump stops back as far as needed and should clear fine on the inside.
Be careful rolling the fenders, you want to keep that original beautiful paint original. A roller guy did mine and cracked the paint right on the inside of the lip even with carefully using the heat gun to soften it up to be rolled. If I did it I would of really messed it up, take your time with it especially with that beautiful bird!
Coat your wheels before they go on and no need to polish for at least a year or two.
I got Toyo R888's 315/30-18 and boy are they wide also! Will be running those TQ's next set for that extra side wall height.
Man thats one beautiful Bird!

I was close to getting the R888's, but the sidewall was the main reason for the TQ's for me as well.
Do you have any suggestions for a good sealant to coat them with?
Thanks again for the kind words!

Thank you very much. I hope to keep this car for a LONG time.
Thanks for the advice. There's no way I'd do it by myself. I'm lucky enough to be getting help from someone who meticulously built one of the most awesome 4th gens I've ever seen, and has done it a few times with no issue.

HAHA, thanks! I'm with you, but I got such a good deal on these I had to bite. I would have gone with the technipolish over the full polish had I ordered them new myself. These are going to be a pain to keep up

Thanks Mac! I use Mothers Billet, but may give Adams a shot.

Yeah, they're the "full polish". Interestingly enough, there must be some kind of clear on the centers though. The Mother's polish turns black when applying to the lip, but I tried it on a small area of the center, and nothing happened. I haven't had to really clean them yet, so I'll look more into it when I do this summer.

I'm in the middle of a valve spring swap, but should have that wrapped up this week. Once I do, I definitely plan to drive this thing a bit more this year. There are a few other locals that have mentioned getting together. I'll definitely let you know when something is planned.
