I put a set on my '96 Camaro and was so impressed with them I only put about 8K miles on them. But to be honest, I had a lot of trouble with the stock steel rims being warped right out of GM supply house.
I finally went w/aftermarket wheels and new Bridgestones and the problem was solved.
They are still sitting in my shed. Hmmm, I need to try to sell those things.

I really don't have a comparison point, I guess, since I was having rim problems. Also the '96 was a V6 5 speed. Traction and handling was okay for that car:how it would compare if the same tires were on my Z28 would only be a guess. The tires did seem to have a stiff sidewall and were somewhat noisy. Kuhmos seem to be good bang-for-the-buck, although they also have stiff sidewalls and can be somewhat noisy before being warmed up.

Their pickup truck tires and farm tractor tires are decent. Can't coment about their performance tires though, never tried them.

I heard the Kelley Springfield's are much better than the Rick Springfield's.

I have Kelly Chargers on my 1970 Trans Am.A couple of years ago I had to buy new tires and the stock bias-ply tires and stock Rally IIs had to go.Went to a local tire store and started to inquire about T/A Radials. One of the guys that works their said that he uses Kellys on his Mustang that he races. He then asked me what do I want, smoke the tires or traction.I said traction he told me to get Kellys. After that I put on American Racing Torque Thrust. They hook up great and look good too.
