please help, i need a 17" ws6 rim for my 02 slavage yard said this. the salvage yard said that if you open the trink and look by the spare tire theres a number because there are 2 different rims for a 02 ws6 trans am, i wasnt aware of this. what 17" rim will work on my 02 and be the same as stock?

There were two types of rims....which one are you looking for? There was one design that ran from 98-02 and another design that was around only for the '02 model year....if memory serves me correctly. They were both 17"x9" rims and would both work.

the one was the 5 spoke style available from 1996-2001 on the Ws6 cars, the 2002 only got the "speedline" rims from the old firehawks, but polished. (front pic)
the 5 spoke 96-01 rims were used on the 2002 CE cars, but only in black.
