anyone know how to fix this ? it sounds real annoying and slows me down coming out of a corner

What is your question? The first guy was asking about his rear tires rubbing on the inner fender well. So are you having probs with the front or rear?

my fronts are rubbing in the front, on the front parallel with the tire.

Yeah beat on the area that has marks on it or missing the undercoating.
