If you are talking about the OEM Wheels you will probably need an adapter

No one is really touching on the topic. The C6 19s are a 79offset i believe while the 18s are a 54 offset. If they WOULD fit i would buy them but i think you will need a serious adapter to get the rear to fit properly.

I'm looking to have custom wheels made and the idea of flaring the fenders is open to me. I've been trying to get tire sizes, and it looks like the 2005 C6 gets 245/40YR18 RunFlat up front and 285/35YR19 RunFlat in back. The 2006 C6 Z06 gets even wider tires out back:
18 x 9.5-inch front wheels with 275/35ZR18 tires and 19 x 12-inch rear wheels with 325/30ZR19 tires

Tires for the 05 C6 are $336 (f) and $404 (R) each. I can't even find goodyears for the 06 Z06 yet

Be prepared for increased costs all around when jumping up to this size

No one say you have to run the run flats.. if I had the choice I would go with a different tire anyway. 275/35/18 and comparable is nothing new to those who run 18s or 19s on these cars.

they are running 18's in the rear.

I have the C6 18's and 19's. I'd suggest waiting until they make these wheels with our offset. Getting the wheels to work were a real bitch. We had to have some spacers custom machined. We also had to buy longer bolt extensions.
I am running the C6 runflat tires because they really don't have any other tires out yet to fit the C6 size.

we have had a few friends in our area try to do the same thing and they all sent the wheels back because they couldn't get them to work.

Are you running slip on spacers or bolt on spacers?

Yeah what I meant was the bolt on adapters. Someone sells the 2 inch size on ebay though a 1 inch might work.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...MakeTrack=true

They may stick out a bit. Incidentally AFS makes the C6 style in FBody offsets

They make a 20 inch with a +56 mm offset that might work.

Teri9672, what size tires are you running in the rear to keep the speedometer reasonably accurate?

whatever size the C6 runflat tires are. Not sure.
I've had the car tuned and they calibrated the speedo for me.
It's just off a tad.

Teri, is that a stock height or are you dropped? Just wondering how much wheel well space is taken up by moving up to the C6's.

I ended up getting these wheels and these tires.

I ended up paying just around $1000 for wheels and tires.
