Painted my wheels - finally
My son bought some chrome replicas and they pitted, and we had to figure out what to do. We decided to paint them. Here is the before and after:
We also replaced the stock rotors with RotorPro. He sanded the chrome, masked everything, and used an etching primer, and painted them. He used Duplicolor Adhesion Promoter CP199 and then used Plastikote 620 black wheel paint. It was time consuming, but it worked out quite nice.
