ive seen them on a white Z...IMO they dont look good to me...if i was you i would save the money and powdercoat yours black..then you have extra cash to mod!!!!

I was planning on the wheels you're talking about until I actually saw them on a white '98 SS. It didn't look as good as I'd hoped because the black rim seemed to make the tires look too small for the car. Made 18" look like 15".

I also saw the chromed ones (w/o rivets) on a simlar car and, to my surprise, they looked very nice. I'm leaning toward that now or some older C5 rims.

Somebody on here Teri? has them on her white vert. THey look baddass. The defender tires are good tires. I wouldn't worry about them.

Her C6 wheels are either polished or chrome, theyre not the machined silver w/ black.

I think they look tacky on f bodies, like ghetto-fab but that's just my opinion... the tires are also probably ****... I'd go with some zr1s, c5s, or zo6errrrrrs or just have your rims paitned black! I think it would accent the top.

You will like them after you get used to them, they are a big step specially for 18" + so it takes time.
