stock rims for winter

anyone going to take their rims off for winter and put the stockers back on? i do and thats a sad day for me

. but i guess its worth it, kinda got the sleeper look going on.

Im taking my stock chrome Trans am Wheels off and putting some Lt1 firebird wheels on with snow tires.

I usually don't because my car sits inside all winter but I've thought about this a few times before cause I'd like to see how little traction I'd have with the stock 16" rims

i do the same thing and its a sad day when i do well sort of cause they are usually calling for snow that week and the nittos wont work for that. Other than that it really sucks ***** when someone wants to try and race you and you have the snows on and cant go anywhere with them and they blow you by...

I have 2 sets of the chrome 5 spoke SS rims for my car. I clean them more often in the winter, even though I drive the car less.

I have four 225/55 HR 16 Pilot Alpin PA2s mounted on my stock "spokers". If/when they are done I will probably go with one of the same size Nokian snows (these cars need all of the help they can get on snow/ice!
