M/T Et radials are the best tires I have used....I used to run a slick on my 2nd gen Camaro, then switched to the radial....And got my best Et ever and best 60 fts and also picked up about 1.5 mph...I love them.

I don't think anyone could make a better, sticker tire. They sure wear quick, though. Mine have seen about 70% of their life and I've only put about 2,000 miles on them. The 12-bolt goes in just a few weeks from now ... about the time they'll be nearly slick. Great timing for the dragstrip ... YEEEEAAAAHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The radials are great, however the ET streets do wrinkle somewhat so it acts as a bit of a cushion on the drivetrain. When you dead hook on the radials your rear better be up to it.

the radials also wrinkle...i have proof of that with pics of cars when they wrinkled and my tires have wrinkle marks from what i was launchin also

i know they dont wrinkle as much but i would give up a little "cushion" for being stable at the top end of the track. these radials dont wobble at all wvwn with like 12 lbs in them thats whats so great aboutthem if you ask me.

they hook awsome and hey are a little safer at the top where it counts...added plus is they dont grow

I swapped from 26x11.5 15 ET Streets to 275/50 15 ET Street Radials.

On my second pass on the radials I matched my best 60ft ever on the bias plys. BTW, the air pressure was ~22psi

I'd be willing to bet that has more to with the cars setup than the tire.
I've seen cars that didn't hook on either one. I don't blame that on the tire

My 6 speed hooks great with them. I'm just a stock SLP 345HP car though.

ya i got full rear suspension
sphon TA, LCA, PHB, LCA brakets
i also have hal "r" series on all 4 corners with 325 springs up front and stock in the rear

thats why even with 400 hp and 392 tq im dead hooking with these tires pulling the wheels more then a few inches with a 6k launch

oh and i have a 12 bolt with 4.11 gears

im hoping to get some high 1.5s this year

but a stock car with stock suspension and a 12 bolt you would not have a problem hooking on these tires

I run a 13.4 now. With the Nitto's I got, removing the front sway bar, gutting my interior, and running on less than a half a tank of gas..I hope to get at least a 13.2. Granted, by the time the track opens up, it will be about 20-30 degrees cooler than that 80+ degree day I brought my car to the track. It looks like I'll choose the street radials once I get enough cash. I would also like to put some skinnies on the front to take off some of that weight. I may go to the track once on my Nitto's, not sure if I should though.
