just tryin to get an idea of the look im goin for.... i love the look of the zr1 & TT2s, but havent seem many pics of ss/z28s with 17x11s anyone have any pics i can see? also the color im lookin for is NBM and Pewter but any pics will work!! thanks also what offset will be best for runn the 17x11 and 315s or if i can fit them 335s!?

I am running 17X9.5 front and 17X11 rear TTIIs. Tires are 275/40 and 315/35 Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3. They are 46mm offset.

Did you have to modify the rear to fit the 11" ZR1's?

some do some dont....some BFH mod the inner fenderwell and others just move the panhard a little. then there are those like me where i never touched one thing and mine dont rub unless your jacking the car up or have a full load(meaning 4 people in car and stuff in back)

how offten does your exhaust scrape.and what is the offset o you back wheels cause it seems to have the same amout of lip as the front.

I had to do a little massaging on the inner fenders with a hammer. I also trimmed the bump stop mounts, to keep them from catching on the insides of the rims.

I've put the Hotchkis rear springs on since these pictures were taken, and it just looks evil.

For the TT-IIs
The Rears are 17x11" with a 7 3/4" Back Spacing
The Fronts are 17x9.5 with a 7" Back Space.

All you really have to do is tell them what it's going on.
They actually have a set made specifically for the F-Bodies
Both Pontiac and Chevy.

I am currently running this set on my 2002 Camaro SS with
Fronts--285/40/17's Michelin Pilot Sports
Rears---335/35/17's Michelin Pilot Sports

Looks Badd *** and Handles even Better than it looks!
13.750 inches of Rubber on Both sides

And I didn't have to resort to the BFH either.

I did some hammering like was mentioned, cut the bumpstop down, and rolled the fender lip, that is all. O, I also used a adj. panhard bar. They are ZR1 replicas from AFS, and they are 50 mm offset on the 11's. I've noticed that the lip on other replicas are different then others, kinda sucks, but o well.

As for the exhaust scraping, It actually hardly hit, unless I was going up a BAD drive way w/ a big angle. Then I would just go at an angle w/ no problems. The sportline springs actually were a little stiffer then stock springs and the suspenion didn't travel as far w/ the Eibachs then w/ the stock springs w/ out the isolators, now it actually hits the ground over hard bumps and it never did before and the car is a inch and a half taller! By the way, I put the stock springs back in since I installed a Drive Shaft Loop because it was way to low.

So now i'm going to a Hooker cat back and putting the sportlines in back again and I recently installed a QA1 setup in front w/ 275 pound spring and running skinnies and MT drags in a 275/60/15. Should look sick slammed on slicks and skinnies, specially 28's out back on 10 inch wide Prostars.

Whether you need to modify anything or not depends also on which tire you choose. Nittos are some of the skinniest 315's, Yokohama AVS Sports (like mine) and Good Year GS-D3 as well as BFG KD are some of the widest. Do a search on it, lots of info on here, a lot of it by me....my poor fingers can't handle typing the same stuff over and over anymore
