What wheels do you have? Did you pick up a set of C6 Z06 rims?

C6 Z06 runs 325/30R19 on that size...

Probably as the manufacturer tends to leave a wee bit of room to play when it comes to the factory rubber-of course that's no excuse to try something bizarre like the 315 on a 9.5 inch rim madness.

For example, I have the C6 rims and instead of the 285s that come from the factory I'm running a 295. I won't go any wider on a 10 inch rim.

XstaZ28 can you chime in?

I believe the offset is way off on those Z06 wheels to fit our cars.

Yeah MonsterZ28, I'd probably go with a bolt on adapter to kick them out or a tub to create space in the other direction. I'm running a 1.25 inch hubcentric adapter on my 19X10 C6 rims-one of these days I'll post some pictures.

The fitment issue is really brought home when you consider that the C6 Z06 has wider fenders than the regular C6 to handle the wider wheels and tires. I think the easiest route to go would either be reproductions in the correct offset or a serious wheel adapter (at least 2 inches) and fender flares. But unless one is absolutely in love with the C6 Z06 wheel design, might be cheaper to get CCW or one of the other custom wheel manufacturers to make some 19X12s that will fit without modifications.

But can anyone tell us what the specs are on the OEM C6 Z06 rims? I haven't been able to find them anywhere, even on the Corvette forum

I say go for it! Mods are part of what we're about here. Just be sure to post pictures, I think it will be a great look. I wouldn't mind having some in the Competition Grey.
