AFS or OE ZR1s
Could someone please tell me the differences between the two. OE means original equipment....right?
Is either wheel brand new? Or refurbished?

AFS has a wider polished lip and are prolly $50 or so a rim more... The good side to AFS is that the customer service is sooooo much better if you do run into the problem of actually having a problem w/ the rim. The quality of AFS rims are supposibly a LOT better than OE rims too. The only bad side is $50 or so more a rim, but i do believe that its well worth it.
OE rims have a very VERY thin polished lip and Iv heard people having nightmares out of their customer service and also getting "square" rims. They are the cheapest ZR1 rims you can prolly get, but when it comes to quality... you have to figure out if its worth taking the risk for something you may or may not be satisfied w/.
I was dead set on OE rims. I heard people having good success w/ them and iv heard as many people having poor success w/ them. After hearing the pros and cons, i went w/ AFS rims and couldnt be happier. When the tires were being mounted on the rims, my buddy said "Now, w/ aftermarket rims, its not going to balance nearly as good as stock rims.. just be aware". 2 minutes later... "Damn! these things are ridicuously balanced. iv never seen a set of aftermarket rims balance this evenly... Ever". They needed VERY little or no weight added. Needless to say, this made me feel a lot better about my decision. I have pics of OE rims and AFS rims if youd like. I hope this was helpful.

DANSBIRD,
Thank you so much for sharing your experiences and knowledge of both wheels. I'm going to get the AFS wheels.
I'm glad you cleared that up for me, I was hoping one of the brands were better quality.

when you say OE, you mean OE Concepts, right? The original OEM rims from GM are the best (forged, lightest weight), but are much, much more expensive. Think ~$2000+ for a set of 4 wheels.
EDIT: I meant OE Concepts, not OR Concepts like I originally typed.

I just order a set of Chrome ZR1 off ebay for $695 plus shipping. If u look around long enough you will find a set to your specs in your offsets every so often. OE wheels form Tom Z were $659 plus shipping, so these AFS are not to far off at all.

Spectator was right, I meant OEM wheels. I thought the OE meant it was a refubished factory wheel. Thanks for clearing this up for me.
Now I have to understand what offset for my T/A will work. 17x11 w/315 DRs for sure on the rear
