Default What size spacers?

What size spacers are people running on the front when using 15x3.5 Weld Draglites? A buddy of mine said he was running a 5/8" spacer but that seems awfully thick to be running on factory sized studs. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, is everyone running shafted lug nuts or just regular lug nuts?

5/16" spacer, and I believe it's 1.380 legnth, .687 diameter (shank style) lugnuts. Even with the smaller 5/16" spacer, I didn't feel safe using them because I had roughly 3-4 full turns of the lugnuts holding the wheel on the stock studs. After grinding the calipers, I had about 12+ turns.

I might just end up grinding the calipers. About how much grinding is necessary to make them fit with no spacers?

If I do decide to run spacers, then I'll shoot you a line. Thnx for the offer.

sounds good. You'll start getting scared and then finally put the spacers on. 5/16ths of an inch is ALOT to be grinding off a caliper

Grinding the back is no big deal, the calipers are considerably smaller than the fronts. I couldnt imagine grinding the fronts just to run skinnies. I'll stick with my 5/16's thank you
