Those are rudders so that when he takes off he can steer. Duh

Seriously, I like everything about that car except the spolier. Then again appearance mods are a very personal thing and I give him props for being original.

Man this pic is weirding me out. When I first looked at it I had to do a double take because my brain's first impression was "Damn, look at the size of the dorsal fin on that shark in the background!"....and then I realized it was on the car.
