Drag Radial Vs Other
Cant decide on which tires to buy. I live near chicago so weather changes each season and i use the car as a DD. I need some feedback on what tire to get? I imagine Nitto drag radials would be awful in wet and snowy conditions but whats there street life? Other choice would be the BFG g-force or the kumho's any feedback for these tires. I also bought new c5 rims 17x 8.5 and 18x 9.5 sizes if that makes any diffrence thanks for the help any comments would be helpful?

nitto's will last you the longest of any drag radial, then BFG's and so on... can get approx. 10,000 mi. on nitto's depending on driving habits and have been known to do quite well in rain based on responsible driving. BFG's have better traction but don't hold up as well. kumho's i don't know much about, i bet the don't stick as well but probably can get decent mileage from them. Ultimately some MT's will give best traction but least tire life.

Both the Nitto @ BFG provide decent street manners when new but it's when they get slightly worn is when the manners start going downhill. The BFG's faster than the Nittos. Any DR's is asking to crash your car in snow. I would use them exclusively for summer, spring and fall.
