RPM R505 offset for 19's.....

RPM R505 offset for 19's..... wanted to know if anyione knoew they are telling me 38mm offset for the rear would be fine on my 96 T/A on 19x9.5 rim.... They are telling me i should go with a 30mm offset on the front for 19x8... Now I am not sure about all the offsets but i want the rims to set in a good area not to far in and not to far out since my car is pretty low to the ground....any help would be apprecited....these wheels are similar to the HP racing EVO wheels...
