Hardest part is sanding down the wheels. Then have to buff out the polished part, tape it all off for paint. It takes a good time per wheel. Mabey 4-5 hours a wheel total? Thats just guessing, But I got the rims reals cheap so I thought it was worth it...

Wow keep us posted Im working on a deal for some ss rims and am really intrested to see how yours come out. what are you gonna do with the polished part of the rims? are you going to keep it just polished or clear it. ALso which paint did you use for the black. They look soo good def better than a normal ss rim.
