Default Those with lowered cars and 315's out back

Can I get away with just buying an adjustable panhard bar or is trimming the fender lip absolutely necessary? I'm putting these new rims and tires on maybe next week and don't want my car sitting up like a 4 wheel drive truck. Which springs are recommended? I'm looking to sit the car just over the tires without any fender gap. I do have Pacesetter ceramic coated LT's and ORY on the car too so rubbing is an issue, just want to do it right the first time.
I was thinking along the lines of BBK springs with a spohn adjustable panhard bar and LCA's? Opinion's?

With my G2 springs (roughly 2"), I didnt' have to touch a thing with these ZR1s. I didn't even have to adjust my PHR. Maybe I'm lucky. I'd go with a Prokit if I had to do it over again. I was expecting the advertised 1.75" drop, but it sits lower than that. Looks good, just annoying sometimes.

How hard was it to install the front springs over the coil overs? I've installed springs on a third gen but the fronts are different so I ain't got a clue, the rears are cake though. So Eibach Pro kits would be good? I ran those on my 87 camaro, they dropped the rear nicely but the front still sat up too high. I hope I don't have that problem with my 98.

LS69TA Correct me if I'm wrong, but your sig says you drive a WS6. If I'm correct the WS6 has a little larger rear wheel well that the camaro.

The T/A's have a little more flared quarter panel. For example, I ran 15x10 Prostars with 6.5" bs instead of the 7.5" that Camaro guys run. Even with the extra inch sticking towards the outside, mine were dead even with the top of the quarter panel. On a Camaro, the 6.5" would have stuck out past the fender.

The fronts were easy, just have to compress the springs and remove the nut on top (which will likely be all rusted up). You can just cut/grind it off if you're putting new shocks on anyway.

It will depend on the offset. I have the 50mm offset on my 11" ZR1's with 315 Nitto's. No need to trim the wheel well. I have the MAC lowering springs.
This group of pics is with the rubber isolators removed and 5/8" heater hose over the top coil.

This is with the isolator installed and no heater hose.
