Has anyone done their own Beadlocks?

My best friend has a '90 454ss (just a side note my camaro was faster so he stroked his to a 496) and wants to installl beadlocks on a set of stockers. I was woneding if any of you guys have done your own beadlocks? Any guidance would be great.
