what do you guys use as a cleaner for painted silver rims?

but what about these black marks that i have... it looks like tar or something, kinda of a coffee color. theyre only on 2 rims.

i just used one of my moms sanding sponges...its a reallyfine grit and i wetsanded them...looked ten times better and got all that road drime/tar off...

question for you...why did you title this thread gettin ss rims and then ask a question about cleaning silver rims? you would prob get alot more responses asking about cleaning first, i came expecting to see ss wheels on your car?

Does anyone have pics of those rims mounted, NBM preferred. They look good but I would like to see them on a car. I still have stock 16". I think I saw that they were available thru GM ?

the one question i have is are those rims on gmparts direct the orignal gm rims, it says oem style like found on 02 camaro's are these the real deal?

i talked to my friend that works at a gm dealer he can get them from me but he said once they come in there yours there are no returns, that makes me a little leary..

negative, im waiting to save more $$$ for rubber to go with them. KDW TA's are expensive
