Standard Lugs with Locks $15.00

Lifetime Lugs from Gorilla $25.00

Lifetime Lugs with Locks from Gorilla $30.00

If you are a Texas resident give us a call and we can make a small adjustment on the price to offset sales tax. If you would like to just purchase the lugs shipping will be 10.00. Once again these wheels have just been released from American Racing to the public, so be one of the first to have these wheels on your car.

Thanks, you took the words right out of my mouth! The Mustang wheels are copies of the Cragar SS or Torque Thrusts from back in the day, not vice versa...

Personal about the price rise a think is bull! Yes its onyl 100$ but it is still money i rather have in my pocket. I know its not tom's fault and not sayin he shouldnt make a buck either. But from what i understand is that American Racing wheel rased there price not tom. Which i think is bull, bc some idiot says there to cheap? WEll i say there to expensive now so if i call am complain will they lower the price? I wanted these wheels from the beging of this thread i was waitin for some more info on them and bc i waited i got screwed out of 100$ i dotn think that fair adn i dotn liek how AR can just rase a price... so bc of that i will not buy an AR wheel. Nothin agenst you tom... I guess i will be callin you for some z06 wheels in the future Amercan racing wheels you just lost one potential customer!

Dude, AR made Tom raise his prices because he was selling them cheaper than what they require. Companies do this all the time. It's called looking out for all of their dealers! Tom was in the wrong here because he was selling them cheaper. Another dealer of AR couldn't compete with him, so they complained. It's business.

Companies like AR have what they call a lowest advertised price. That is so that all of the distributers of their product can have an equal shot at selling them.

Don't blame AR, blame Tom.

On the pricing on these wheels it was more a case of us mis computing the prices of a new wheel. It was a new line and somewhere we got some numbers wrong. It was a mistake made by us and there is no fault on the part of American Racing. I am very sorry if this caused any inconvenience. We of course honored all transactions done before we realized our mistake and we remain committed to making the best deals we can on all our sales.
Thanks

Tom

I am definitely going to buy the 17x9, 17x10.5 anthracite combo with some Nitto 315 DR's on the back, but what to run up front? Any suggestions? As soon as I get that figured out, I will pick up the phone. So if anyone can point me in the direction of some good tires to run in the front, it would be appreciated.

Oh, and the gorilla lugs with locks as well please. Shipped to Lubbock, don't know the area code, its a friends house, haven't had time to call him.

Don't you understand what we are trying to tell you?? These wheels were around before Ford chose to use them on Mustangs. We're not denying that these wheels aren't used on Mustangs. In fact you can find these styled wheels on just about every muscle car imaginable and have been for many years. What your trying to prove makes no sense. Now stop trying to ruin this thread.

Thumbs down Ford Bullitt Wheels

American racing doesn't have a patent on 5 spoke wheels. Anybody & everybody makes a version of the 5 spoke star wheel. The 17x8 bullitt wheel is the exact same wheel as the 17x9 TTM with just a hair larger lip & a 5x4&3/4 bolt circle to fit chevys. But its still a ford wheel design with a ford parts number.ET used to make a 5 spoke that was almost identical to the old american tt d's except it had a neat interchangeable bolt pattern that would fit chevy~ford & chrysler back in the day. Also now a days you have the V-245 wheel from Vintage wheel works which is an exact copy of the 2pc americans in a 17x11 for $329.00 polished lip & media blasted spokes. You have to give Ford credit though, they have come up with the best wheel designs for years. But thats about all . Yeah, lets see now. A big ford cobra double overhead cammed engine sitting in a 69 Camaro with bullitt wheels !

I have started a new thread because of the continuous arguing about the Torq Thrust Type M wheels and Mustang wheels. Here is the link to the new thread.

New Torq Thrust M Thread

Please if you have any question please post them on the new thread.

I dont mean to stur up any more discussion, but the Torq Thrust 105M is actually a copy of the original 105 Torq Thurst wheel, The Torq Thrust D. It was originally made in 1956 with a flat 5 spoke. Then they reintroduced it about 13 or 14 years ago as the Torq Thrust II. So all in all the Mustang Bullit wheel is actually a copy of the Torq Thrust design. Ford was actually sued for their design because it was so close the to Torq Thrust and lost. That is the info that I got from AR to help settle that the Torq Thrust II and the Torq Thrust M is not a Mustang wheel, but it is a vintage muscle car wheel.

It's all good TC, the haters are all just jealous of those who have and are getting the new TTM and try to knock it by saying it is a Mustang wheel.
