Default 35th anniversary SS rims: good for any camaro or only on the anniversary SS?

I'm thinking about buying brand-new 35th anniversary SS rims for my SOM Z28, but I'm concerned that they might not look natural on my car since they were originally meant only for the 35th anniversary Camaro SS. Like, I don't want people looking at my car saying, Damn, that SOM Z28 looks good with those rims, but aren't those rims from the 35th anniversary SS? So, who here thinks that these rims should stay on the 35th anniversary SS? and who here thinks that any Camaro will look good with them and not look like an anniversary SS rip-off?

I put 'em on my silver SS. I like them and I don't much care what others think about them.

BTW I replaced the chrome SLP SS wheels which are hard to keep clean. The 35th wheels are clear coated and dirt and stuff just wipes right off.

If the chrome TTM's didn't come out when I was ready, I would have ordered some for my SS, they are badass wheels!

How much you getting them for and from where? I'm thinking of new c6-Z06 or 35th ann.Rims.

I changed my mind. I decided that they wouldn't look good on an SOM car. I think they're perfect for silver (like the pic above)--it's a no-brainer. I'm thinking of getting something lighter, stronger, and a little more expensive like the Bogart road racing wheels, the RR RT's. gmpartsdirect.com has the 35th anniversary wheels for less than $800 a set.

Ya. Then they charge a bunch for shipping too. So see what your local Chevy dealer wants for them. It might be a wash.

I had a friend who owned a classic car repair shop. He ordered them for me as resale parts from the local Chevy dealer. Just like any other GM part. The part comes with all lug nuts, nut covers, center caps.

Saved quite a bit.

I thought for a while about getting these for my ride and them having them widened to 11" for the rear. Decided against it though and went another direction.

I like the look but I wanted 18's...TTII's and C5 Z06 have been done to death but the C5 Z06 looks good. Not a big fan of the TTII's. If you don't mind 17's then I'd say go with the Anniversary wheels.
