Default screw in tire

looks like i picked up a lag screw someplace
also looks like ive been riding on it a long time, the head is nearly gone
its not leaking any air
should i leave it alone?
get it plugged?
how good are those tire plugs in this kind of situation?

Sam's club will do it for free if you are a member or you know someone that is a member take them with you. By the way if they screw it up the have to buy you a new rim "if they scrach it" or a new tire if they screw that up. Trust me I work at the tire department at Sams in C.C.TX. If you lived down here I would fix it for you. If its not leaking then it probubley didn't go throw. Hope that helps you out.

Just because it's not leaking now doesn't mean the screw didn't go through. The screw I can garuntee did go through. Go get the damn thing fixed. Eventually it will get pushed into the tire and or fall out. That will lead to a rapid tire deflation. Not safe for you, the car, or the rim. Dont be cheap, go get a patch plug. Hell you can even do yourself. Autp parts store now sell the plugs. The plugs also work

Get it patched from inside rather than wait, and you Know it'll go out on you at the worst time...

NTB does patch/plug combos. They fixed one of mine, and you almost can't tell!
