I've been using the BFG KDW since about 2003 on my previous T/A and current Camaro. Great tire in every way. I'd highly recommend these for street use.

Tire shopping to me is finding the best tire that combines handling(wet and dry), treadwear, and cost. I drive my car daily from about April through November. If you only drive on dry roads and only on weekends, then opt for a tire that handles great on dry surfaces and maybe give up some treadwear also. I look at tires as a cost/year of operation type of thing. My GS D3's will probably last me 3 summers.
