Default Chrome or Black lugs..

Just wondering what everyone thinks about lug nuts on chrome ZR1 wheels. I currently have chrome but I'm thinking I want to change them to black. I would guess that they are just regular nuts with black covers as that was what there was when I had stock silver ZR1s. Thanks!

Default lugs

Ha, I was thinking the same thing. My thinking was, pre 2000, go with black to match the mirrors

I replaced the stock lugs/black plastic caps with chrome lugs. Looks SOO much better! I was originally thinking of going with some McGuards black chrome lug nuts but they were about $80 for a set vs the $18 or so I paid for the GM chrome ones on ebay.

I still really don't know which I want. I guess I could put some electrical tape on my chrome ones now and look at it from a distance to see how it looks.

Had the chrome, went back to black.

The chrome ones get lost in the wheels.

Best of both worlds!

SSINISTR SS, I agree with what you are saying, I do like being able to see the lugs a little bit.
