If you really like the shine, get some polished aluminum (forged if you can afford it) wheels. Chrome is heavy! And the wheels are the last place that you want any un-needed weight.

i thought you were being funny thats why i said that..... it would be hard to race from iraq!!! hahahahaha and yes iv been told that chome is heavy but i dont do much street raceing,and will be getting a set of pro stars for the track so weight is not that much of a worry but thanks for the help any way
