traction issues

just installed 3.73`s in my 00 ta a4 (400 miles ago ) and im running on stock
16`s 245/50/zr16........... cant seem to hook up for ****. what would be the
best street tire to run besides d/r, not running at the track , street use only,
I was thinking about bfg-kd but im not sure if they will hold up. tryed the search but once again its not working

Upgrade to a 255/50ZR16, that will get you the max treadwidth for your wheel.

As for the traction of a KD, it's OK, when it is cold or damp, forget it.

cant find a 255/50/16 bfg kd guess ill have to do some shopping around

I've had good luck with Avon Tech M500's in the P245/50/WR16. I really like this tire.

My car has always been real loose anyways. It never had traction control as an option.
