The BFH was not bad at all. Don't be scared of it. The metal bends easily 99% of the time.
This is not my car but here is a pic. Dont pay attention to the bumpstops cut off. BFH in the red circled area.

Some side shots of mine:
The fenders give pretty easily. I used a 3lb drilling hammer for the bigger areas and a 1lb hammer for the smaller areas.
