why do you want to upgrade to the longer wheel studs? You have stock wheels with out spacers etc. You can just change that one stud with out even taking off the caliper. makes more sense then doing all the work to change them all to longer studs for no reason.

definately go with the arp ones, they are a lot better than the stockers and have threads running all the way to end which gives you more thread for the lugs to clamp on to.

well, i figured if i was gonna change one, might as well do all of them, and im possibly getting some draglites from a friend that used longer studs and small spacers to fit on the car, but i want to change the factory wheels out for some black Z06 wheels staggered 17x9-17x11 and i want to make sure its strong enough.... and what size and length do i need to replace them??

Dude just go to autozone and tell them your year and make. They have replacement studs for like .50 cents. I wouldn't waste my money on something like a wheel stud, but you can do what you want.

they dont make 17x11 z06s. And one is easier to change then 20. especially if you are going with a longer stud. will be much more time consuming. You can literally change that one stud out in less than 10min.

+1.

you saw how easy i changed all mine. Took longer to jack up the car then to change the studs. And dont let people tell you to remove the axels, that crap is a joke. If your still going to buy the welds from me then you will need longer studs. summit has them for like $30 for everything or something like that. Its not a DD so no need to waste money buying one form the auto parts store when you will just be taking it out in a few days/week

Not trying to highjack the thread, just had a quick question I thought someone in here might know... what is the length of the stock studs versus the ARP 7708's stated above? Are these the same length or are the ARP's longer?? I just bought a set only to realize the 7713's are 3/4" longer than the 7708's (oops).

7708's are little bit longer than stockers I think by like 3/8" maybe more.
