I wouldn't recommend it as the tire will look way too narrow. I run 295's on a 10.5" wide wheels and the side wall is vertical, the 275's would need to be stretched quite a bit.
my 295's...........

I'm looking to change the 17x9's on my T/A as the tyres (275/40/17) are virtually impossible to get hold of in the UK, and if you can, come in between $400-500 each !!!!! I'm looking to go to an 18" rim as there are many more and cheaper tyre options but here in the UK am getting loads of conflicting information about what will and what won't fit !
Initially I was looking just to change the wheel diameter and keeping the same width tyre and lowering the profile to a 275/35/18 but like the idea of making the rears a bit wider, such as 295 (i think the T/A has more room in the arch than the camaro ?).
Did you need to modify anything for your set-up ? And what off-set were they ?
Thanks
