I posted this in the corvette section, but figured you guys would like this too. They are powdercoated oem z06 wheels in a matte black finish.

I'm not a fan of ALL BLACK wheels. But I commend you for doing it the right way. Plus your choice of finish is neat because it matches the shine (or lack thereof) level of the tires. So it almost looks like a big rubber wheel. Unique. Not for me, but worthy of note, nonetheless.

 

Perfect. I love all black wheels. Gives the car a track look.

I like the all black on a corvette, makes it look like a race car to me. I like those more than the black with polished lip/rivets. nice lookin car.

More and more I'm coming around to completely black wheels. That Vette looks killer man. Very nice.

 

i think you definitely need to black out your tail lights and tint your side markers now to match but it looks good so far. and kudos to doing it right too.

 

When I think of black wheels I think of this.



They are stock Malibu wheels all they do is add hubcaps. That is what all the manufactures do with stock wheels. Heck the spare is black. Alot of law enforcement run the stock black wheel. With that said nice Vette and your building it the way you want. If black wheels are what you want... I just dont consider black custom but factory...
