Are there any 295's out there to fit a stock 17" WS6 wheel?

Default Are there any 295's out there to fit a stock 17" WS6 wheel?
Just curious as i am looking for some wider tires out back, but don't want to dish out for the wheels.

Got a 99 WS-6 w/ stock 17" wheels (can't remember, are stockers 9 or 9.5?)

i have not found any tires this size or size 305s for that matter.

In 17s tires seem to come in 275 and then 315 only....

Well i figured 315's would be out of the question on stock rims.

Stock wheels are 9" wide. . . .

275/40ZR17 is the PERFECT tire . . .

If you absolutely msut have wider tires a 285/40ZR17 fits.

+1. I had those on the back of mine. They looked great! I just removed them so I could have my rear WS6 wheels widened.
