No problem. Shoot me a PM with what questions you have. It is WAY cheaper then NY. Just might take ya a little longer to find "that" job you like due to less population then NY. For example, my electric bill in August with the A/C blasting all day was only like $160. I payed almost that for a apartment in NY let alone a 4 bedroom house.

I have a big house too. I run the AC and have an inground pool that I run every day and my bill was $98 last month. Plus u can't beat the weather down here. Me and Ryan were driving around in the WS6 today with the T-tops off and I was wearing shorts today. No salt on these roads down here. Just the sand when u drive on the beach. Cost of living is way cheaper down here Mike in general.

Thanks guys, I am jealous about the Shorts and T-Tops thing...We will be heading down to visit my brother in St augustine in the fall of 08...Maybe we can meet up
