Default Avon M500 Tyres

I have seen alot of good info on these tires and everyon seems to like them..my car doesnt get driven often cause i have a company car to drive to and from work and run errands...I was gonna buy BFGoodrich G Force Ta KDW's but Im goin through a divorce and dont wanna be blowing money extraneously..I am down to some thin tread on my rear tires and need to replace them..I was thinking about just getting 2 of the AVON tyres and trying them...I know they have been around for a while cause I did alot of research on them and tehy seem to have a good reputation..Just wanted some input from some folks who drive on them...I dont expect a ton of performance from a $89 tire..but these seem to be worth the money..going with a 275 40 17

get the M500s, for $89 for 275/40-17, you can't beat it. In the tests in tirerack, they are very good compared to the other tires they tested.

One of my co-workers had them on his '98 T/A. He liked them, however he felt that they didn't last all that long. He wasn't exactly a "sporting" kind of guy with the car, but he put a lot of miles on the car and had long wear as one of his priorities.
