No, as I have explained earlier in this thread, the thread starter is Boyd Coddington, Jr. Boyd SENIOR is the one that passed away.

I MIGHT end up having the very 1st set of Greg Weld Design Dragstars in town if this pans out....

Needless to say IF I get to do that I will post up info on what I find out ASAP.
Well it's been 3 1/2 weeks since you posted that your wheels would be here in "about two weeks". Any word yet?

That's true...I haven't heard from them yet. I'll look up their number and call them to see what the deal is with them.

P.S.- I didn't actually order wheels from Greg Weld Design....they just offered to let me test-fit some once they get some in. Just wanted to clarify that.

I e-mailed Greg Weld about 2 days ago, and I just got this responds.

Kyle,

Thanks for the e-mail!

Currently we only offer the 6.5” BS. The 7.5”BS is due at the later part of Summer. Keep in touch at GregWeld.com as we are putting updates on the site as they become available.

Mike H.

So by the looks of things at the end of the summer if the 6.5's stick out to far, or you just HAVE to have that 7.5bs, you are in luck.

Thanks brother for the info. I officially gave up on these wheels. After calling summit up date after date asking them WTF Unless you want to wait for a "predicted" date then I suggest everyone else do the same. Summit stars look awesome in my opinion if you want a cheap knock off prostar. If you want to spend the money than there is NO beating bogarts, or aluma-stars for quality. Just my $ .02

I have not ordered the rears yet. I wanted to wait and see how the fronts fit before investing my wheel budget in a new design. Once I confirm the fit of these (today), I will order the 15x8s.

I plan on just putting the wheels on the car today before mounting tires just in case. If everything works, I will get tires put on and get some pics out.

Thanks brother. I think these wheels could look bad, but I still want to see them with the tires on.
