I was referring to the wheel, not the tire. I appologize for the confusion.
Always pick the tires first THEN pick the wheel to the tire manufactures specs. Choosing the middle ground works well. Stay away from fringe suggested wheel sizes.
I'm not certain to what the picture above tire suggests but by looking at it...either the tire is stuffed onto too small of a wheel or the tires are inflated a bit too much...I state this due to the fact the centers appear to be worn more then the outers.
