Can I put 275/35/18 all around?
How about 275/40/18 all around? (these are easier to balance)
Can I put 285s on these rims and nor rub the wheel wells?

I just orderd 18x9.5's up front with 275/35/ZR18 Kumho MX's and 18x10.5's in the rear with 295/35/ZR18 in the MX's and IMO u can run 275's all around just fine and i think u can go bigger if you want.

I just ordered a set of chrome 18x9.5 ZO6 rims as well as a set of Yokohama AVS ES-100's in a 275/35/18 size.......the tires are a pretty damn wide 275 tire though

you are pretty safe with 9.5" wide rims, but I wouldn't want to go any further in than a +56mm offset, any further in and it will start to look kinda goofy.

I run Yoko's AVS, used to have good grip with 3:23's, but now that I went with 3:73's, I will need a softer compound, probably Nitto's. Yoko's have a nice tread design and are great in dry and good in wet. ![Burnout](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_burnout.gif)
Oh and I would'nt run bigger than 255 up front. U will run into nasty road feelings since with larger threads the car tend to read the path of least resistance and sway on uneven roads. Bigger will also mess up your toe in/out and camber factory settings which took years at GM to perfect with front end settings.
I would go with 255/40/18 front and 295/35/18 back.
This is from my experience, i'm 40 and have owned Z's for over 20 years now.
