Question about fitting 315's???
The rims are Torq Thrust Type M 17x10.5 for the rear only
I don't really understand this whole backspace and offset thing b/c i've never done tires and rims before.
My question is will it be a direct fit or do i have to modify the fender or fender wells??
Thanks
~George

thats what i'm looking to put on my Z28
The tires shouldn't hit the outer fenders if you are at stock ride height.
Also make sure you spray some rubberized undercoating on the inner fender after you hammer it so no bare metal is showing (protects against rust). The factory undercoating will come off when you hammer it. You can get the undercoating from any auto parts store.

thanks man....i love when people throw in their little "tricks of the trade", cuz i definately wouldn't of thought of that....but i was thinking rubber mallet although its probaly not strong enough.....
i've actually never heard of a dead blow hammer, but hey its something to look into, and maybe i'll get one and do this perfectly, so yes it does help!!!
these are them...going up for trade or sale when my new ones come in...
