Here is a picture of a Camaro with rolled fenders:
Nope, those rear fenders are Flared. (could be rolled too but you wouldn't want to mislead people)

Those are flared fenders, not rolled fenders as in this discussion. Rolled fenders are rolling the lip inside the wheel well up, so it doesn't interfere with the tire. Rolling the fender lips is unnoticeable unless you look up into the wheel well, you CANNOT tell it from outside the car (unless you screw something up badly). Just FYI, and so noone is scared off by thinking that rolling your fenders alters the outside appearance of your vehicle.

The "chicane tool" has a indentation of your your fender designed into it. On the head of the tool there's a section that's cut at a 45 degree angle specifically in order to prevent from you from "overrolling" and screwing up your fender.

Your fender will at first look like this from inside:

|________

When you finish using the Chicane Tool, your fender will look like this:

| /
| /
|____/

However, you're not done yet, use a rubber hammer or a metal flat hammer (just be careful) and gently tap the part that sticks out at 60 degree angle so that you make a 90 degree angle. It should like like this when you're done:
