Opinions on wheels plz
I have selected a bunch of my favourite wheels that I am considering for my car. I plan on running these rims on the street and track. (I will only be going to the track 2-3 times) Let me know which one you like the best please. The more comments the better.
1. 17x11 Zr1
2. 15x12 street lights
3. 15x12 centerlines
4. 17x11 torque thrust 2
5. 17x9.5 centerlines

I am thinking 1,2 or 4, zr1s and tt2's are just soo common. I have always been curious how 6 or 7 would look on a z cause they are kinda like the stock wheels on steroids. I have never seen them on a car though. I am prolly gonna be runnning M&H 325/45r17 if i get 17" but i would like 11" rims for a 315 or 335 hoosier option.

never mind i am prolly gonna go with hoosier 315 drag radials, i want decent handling on the street and good sticky tires for the track so 17" it is.

If you want decent handling, go with any other drag radial over the hoosiers. They have the softest sidewall of any of the drag radials out (however this is better at the drag strip for obvious reasons). I've had the 315 hoosiers previously, they're not bad at all so don't take that wrong, they just don't handle well if you're all about handling. Personally I'm not so it didn't bother me. BUT I sold that car (99 in the sig) with the hoosiers on it and the guy I sold it to immediately switched to the BFG 315s because he wanted a firmer sidewall. Just food for thought. If you're not in a hurry, I'd wait for mickey thompson to replenish their supply of 315s and go with those. The hoosier DRs will wear out very quickly too and be hell if you're caught in the rain..ask me how I know
Oh and for wheels, 17x11 ZR1s without question, your choice of finish and manufacturer (for different lip styles hit up tomzwheels - sponsor ----->>>>

thanks for the tip about the hoosiers, I don't care all that much about handling, although auto x has crossed my mind. I am not buying before May, so no rush.
