Just as it says. Does anyone have any idea about this? Personally, I love the prostar XP's but i'm not going to buy them b/c the smallest wheel they have is a 15x6". I know Weld would sell so many more wheels if they would correct this issue. They have done have of their homework by making a wheel that will clear the calipers but now they need to offer a smaller width like they do in the original prostars and so on.

I totally agree. They should also make an 15X10 XP wheel as well.
When will these wheel companies...besides Bogart, realize that alot of Fbody guys could care less about carving corners, or bling.
I had to do alot of work to make my Series 90 Draglites work for my car.

When it comes to making a specific spec for a rim based on a certain car make is a big chance to take. If there were as many LS1 F-bodies as 5.0 FOX BODIES the we certainly wouldn't have an issues getting what we wanted, but theres not. Just about every 5.0 FOX BODY owner has a set of draglites so why not make them.

I agree with you. Mustang owners have so much more of a selection when it comes to aftermarket performance, but if they made a 15x4" wheel, there would also be so many more mustangs running around with the prostar XP's. They make the bolt pattern for the ford and gm cars. I think this is one of the best looking racing wheels on the market IMO. I think that a lot of people agree with me on this issue. It just doesn't make since why weld doesn't manufacture a 15x4"; I think they are missing out on a top seller.

I also agree with "Fast SS on TNT!" They should make a 15x10" as well. I would love to have these wheels on my car. After I posted up this thread last night, I sent Weld the same e-mail hoping that they will come around on this topic.

Because the "XP" series wheels are only for appearance, not racing. They actually weigh more than stock wheels of the same size. Basically, the "look" of the drag wheels, with none of the performance gains.
