question
Tire shops do try to push alignments with new wheels and tires . . . .
I had a dealership want to do an aglinement on my truck due that they felt I wore out the stock tires too fast . . . I asked him "Did they wear incorrectly or adnormally??" He said "No - just rather fast" . . "So do I really need an alignment?" . . . "Well no . ."
When I had the tires replaced, the tire shop was like "You need and alignment" . . "Why" . . "Well because you just bought new tires!" . . .
. . . No alignment and 30,000 miles later the tires are perfectly and evenly worn.So back to you question unless there is excessive wear on one corent or another of the front tires, or you feel the car pulling you all over, no need for an alignment.
but like i said, just have them check it...its free...and make them show you the printout...
