Default 10in draglites on a stock 7.5in and 9in

I am wanting to buy a set of 15/10in draglites. After reading the stickies I have determined that i am confused. I understand offset and how it affects the rim itself but i am still not sure as to why you want more (postive) offset with a wider rim. I thought that you would want to push the rim away form the inner wheel well

1. Will they fit on both my stock 7.5in 10 bolt and the 9in i plan to buy when the 10 bolt breaks?

2. Do i need a 38mm offset or a 51mm offset?

3. Will i have to beat my wheel wells in or cut them or what?

4. How big of tire can i go?

I am in Iraq right now and sometimes its hard to get online. Most of the time i check it everyday but if i dont you know why. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

10 wide needs 7.5 bs regardless of the rear end. If you have a smaller offset they'll stick out of the fenders.

I believe 28x10.5 and up is where fitment becomes the issue, though I could be wrong.

A 38mm offset sets them outside the fender well more than a 51would right.
