Another thing to remember is that you'll spend a lot of time polishing the CCW's. I know a few people who got rid of them because they couldn't stand the polishing anymore. I believe that if you get the CCW's you better be prepared to keep them looking the way they deserve to be displayed. The RUFF's are clear coated and I haven't had any problem with water spots. However, yes they are in different leagues.

I really like the RUFF's on my car. I think the CCW's are certainly a better wheel, but for the money the RUFF's are hard to beat. You just have to decide if its worth the extra money to you.
