RUFF or CCW??
I found a set of RUFF wheels that closely resemble the CCW wheels below at a fraction of the cost. Anyone ever dealt with RUFF before or know the quality of their stuff??

there was a vendor on corvette forum a while back doing a group buy on a style in 19/20 8.5x10" combo and selling them SHIPPED for 990$.
i dont know the orgin, but i would *GUESS* that these were higher quality chinese wheels.
and in saying that, its a sin to put the word CCW and anything besides Iforged, ect, other TOP end wheels in the same sentence.
alot of people buy them though.

I agree 100%. Secondly, aren't the Ruff wheels drilled for a 120mm BMW bolt pattern, NOT the 120.65 pattern, which is the metric equivalent of the GM 5x4.75" pattern??

I have Ruff wheels on my GTO. I have CCW's on my Firehawk and Viper. There is NO comparison in terms of quality or fit/finish. The clearcoat they use on Ruff sucks too, it water spots too easily.
You get what you pay for. The Ruff wheels look okay, but they look super cheap-o next to a set of CCW wheels.

The "Corn Chicken" looks sweet with the Ruffs! However CCW's has always been my favorite wheels for f-bodies. Depends on if you care to spend the extra $$$.
Either one will look great though.

I have Ruffs and I agree with what's been said so far. You are comparing two different classes of wheels. I think Ruffs are top quality for their price range...great wheels for what you pay. But come on, comparing them to custom forged wheels? No way.
My Ruffs will be for sale in the fall when I order iForged Classics. That says it right there.

Another thing to remember is that you'll spend a lot of time polishing the CCW's. I know a few people who got rid of them because they couldn't stand the polishing anymore. I believe that if you get the CCW's you better be prepared to keep them looking the way they deserve to be displayed. The RUFF's are clear coated and I haven't had any problem with water spots. However, yes they are in different leagues.
