could you snap some pics of the wheels? I would like to know how the revision looks as far as the recess goes for mounting the tire.

SWEET!!!! I would like to get some soon... I know that it will probably still be another few months before they do get released but at least we are a little bit closer!

should be redisgned 15x8s and i believe 15x10s

also to Dopdbrd...i am supposed to be going to branson, mo for a big cruise/show deal and mike said i should have my set of 15x3.5s and 15x8s before then which is august 8th

 

nice good news my et streets are getting worn dont want to replace want to put street tires on and pick up the rear greg welds finally

 

sweet i can't wait till these come out...
just means the for sale section will be flooded with all the other brands...
don't mind a little grinding if i can get a set cheap..

Ls1s will still need very slight grinding to fit...dlove should be posting pics of the areas that will require...it will be very slight grinding..im sure lt1s will be fine

 

good and bad. tested the 15x8's on ls1's. a ton more room but still not perfect. With about the same amount of grinding as prostars but more than summit stars they can be made to fit. Before they weren't even close.

They also currently only had the 15x10 in a 6.5 BS. The 7.5 is on the way though! The 6.5 didnt want to fit either. They said the 15x10 with the 7.5 BS should fit with NO problem at all ,due to the wheel's drop center design being different. Once those come in I will test them as well.

lt1's should be good to go. Might need slight grinding.

They are going to try and do some final adjustments if they can and then get the wheels coming. Give or take 30 days till they are out.

i know dlove has some but he prolly needs to upload them still. the change to the 7.5BS wheel is that you mount the tires from the rear allowing 14" of clearance on a 15" wheel vs on the original 15x8s there was around 12. now they are close to 13". mike was gonna try to take a slight amount of angle back out of the drop center to get a little bit more room

so the summit stars take more or less grinding? pretty much another dud than on a 15" back wheel that needs no modification to fit on ls1 cars? is the 15x10 with this new 7.5" bs supposed to be the magic wheel? I've thought about 15's but cant justify spendin the money on bogarts and just dont want to grind my brakes(like many others) i guess ill have to wait and keep reading.

Yep waitin on the 15x10's for an LT1 here!!!!!!!!!

 

15x10 with the 7.5 BS should be a near direct fit for ls1's. In about 2 weeks I can confirm that.
